How do I find my guide on the day?

Each tour page shows the exact meeting point with a map, and your booking confirmation repeats it. We recommend arriving 10 to 15 minutes early.

Can I cancel or change my booking?

Yes. You can cancel free of charge up to 7 days before your tour starts; each tour page repeats its own terms. For a change of date, write to us and we will do our best to help.

How big are the groups?

We keep groups small so that everyone can hear the stories and ask questions. Each tour shows how many guests can book together, and private formats are available on several tours.

Are entrance tickets included?

It depends on the tour. Entries and skip-the-line access are listed under “What's included” on each tour page, so you know exactly what you are paying for.

Which languages do your guides speak?

All our tours run in English, and some are also available in French or Arabic — each tour page lists its languages.

Is the tour accessible?

Accessibility varies from one monument to another. Check “Good to know” on the tour page, or contact us before booking so we can advise you.
