Hiring FAQ

Everything you need to know about joining ElysiaGo.

After submitting your application with your CV and client reviews, our team will review it within 3-5 business days. If your profile matches our needs, we will invite you for a short video interview, followed by a practical assessment (such as a short mock tour for guide positions).

Yes, for all our tour guide positions in Paris, holding a valid French National Guide License (Carte de Guide-Conférencier) is strictly mandatory. We pride ourselves on providing highly professional, licensed experts to our clients.

Our tour guide positions are typically freelance, offering you the flexibility to accept tours that perfectly fit your schedule. We also occasionally open full-time and part-time positions for our operations and customer support teams.

For guide positions, native or full professional proficiency in English is our primary requirement, as we cater to international tourists. However, conversational French is highly recommended for coordinating smoothly with monument staff and getting around the city.

During the application process, you will be asked to upload a document or an image containing some of your best client reviews. These can be screenshots from TripAdvisor, Airbnb Experiences, Google, or any other platform where you have previously guided.
