Our purpose is to simplify the booking process while promoting authentic tourism through personalized and meaningful activities. Creating an account is optional for browsing but required for bookings. When you register, you agree to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity under your account, and should contact us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised. Our platform allows you to search and book curated tours, receive professional guidance throughout the booking process, and share feedback to help improve our services.

Bookings, Payments & Cancellation Policy
To book a tour, complete our reservation form with required information. Once confirmed, an account is automatically created using your details. Tour prices are clearly displayed before payment, and all transactions are processed securely through trusted third-party providers - ElysiaGo never stores payment data. You'll receive a confirmation email after successful booking. Our cancellation policy is straightforward: cancellations made more than 1 day in advance are free of charge, while a 100% fee applies for cancellations within 1 day of the activity. You can manage bookings through your personal account space. All tours are organized by ElysiaGo or official partners, with carefully selected guides who contribute to delivering high-quality experiences.

User Responsibilities, Liability & Legal Terms
Users agree not to use the platform for fraudulent, unauthorized commercial, or illegal purposes, to respect the terms of booked experiences, and to treat other users and guides respectfully. All content on our site (text, images, logos, videos) is ElysiaGo's exclusive property or that of our partners - reproduction without authorization is prohibited. Personal data collection is governed by our Privacy Policy. While we strive to provide accurate, reliable information, ElysiaGo cannot guarantee error-free or uninterrupted service. We're not liable for inconvenience, data loss, or indirect damages from service use or unavailability. If issues arise with tours or guides, we'll work to resolve them and ensure a positive experience. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, with changes taking effect upon publication. These terms are governed by French law, with French courts having sole jurisdiction in disputes.
